Philadelphia Committee to End Homelessness

Monica Yant Kinney's column in Sunday's Philadelphia Inquirer (1/31/2010), on the basis of one person, "challenged" the practice of "housing first" in telling a troubling story, but just one story of how it is working in Philadelphia. I believe that balance was absent and intent a mystery. What follows is the message that I sent to her on Monday.

I wish that I could locate a copy of the 1998 National Alliance's conference workshops. There would be a very sharp contrast between those workshop topics and next week's agendas for workshops!
