The National Alliance to End Homelessness (NAEH) has declared SafeHome Philadelphia a model program for its efforts preventing homelessness for families in Philadelphia.
We hope to be able to use our experience and lessons learned to assist the City of Philadelphia create its plan for the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) funds.
